Formerly Heartland Healthy Neighborhoods, LiveWell Shawnee County connects organizations, resources, ideas, and people to work on some of our most challenging health issues in Shawnee County. Led by Peter Neeck, Create Uplift developed a new name and identity system for the coalition, along with an updated website and continuous marketing support.
